【高效浅层气浮机构造】
高效浅层气浮装置适用于造纸废水处理及纤维回收、印染废水处理、电镀等含各种重金属离子废水处理、含油废水处理、制革废水处理、化工废水处理、油漆废水处理、食品废水处理、含藻地面水处理,及多种废水的固、液分离等。高效浅层气浮机的构成一般包括以下几部分:
(1)高效溶气气浮系统
这款创新型设备集进water,絮凝,分離,集water和出water于一体,与传统氣浮設備類似,但設有一個穩流室和溶氣釋放室,使處理性能更穩定,效果更優越,对於傳統設備改造尤為適宜。
稳定室:通过折板反应的原water,流速很high,如果直接与溶氣water接触,会消散微小氣泡,这样會影響到氣泡沾附絮块效果,从而降低了gas flotation處理效率。若增加了稳流室,使湍流的原water動能消耗,並匀速进入溶氣释放室,从而有力保证了去除效果。
溶気释放室:這個房间是與分離room共享一个槽體中间隔开,在这里絮凝完毕的原water与溶氣在此粘附缓慢上升进入分離room,這樣就保证了絮凝块与微小气回転空间與時間,使得气回轉率更高。
(2)溶気系統
对于这个设备来说,解决问题系统是主要部件,在这个阶段,气回轉與-water 在泵進口一起吸入經葉輪剪切加壓在解凍罐中混合成解凍-water 氣液兩相充分混合並達到饱和。在整套解决問題系統很大的含气回轉達約10%左右,這樣使得气回轉時的micro-bubble分布均匀平均直徑小於30um。該解决問題系統對傳統方法進行了改進技術創新,大大提高了gas flotation 分離efficiency同時也減少了一些成本。
(3)刮渣機
刮渣機運行方式及速度直接影響到gas flotation 出-water 的質量以及污泥含固率。此系統采用回转式刮渣機,可將float物連續均勻地刮入float槽內減少float物之間碰撞;另外高度可調節的刮板能夠更好適應各種運行條件降低污泥含濕率。
(4)控制系統
控制系统使用電器元件以確保設備有效運行。
【High Efficiency Gas Flotation Device Operation Method】
The new high-efficiency shallow gas floatation device is now ready for operation. However, as the manager and operator of the device, it is important to carefully read through these instructions and follow them correctly to ensure optimal performance.
Before starting the high-efficiency shallow gas floatation device, open the high-pressure pump first. Then gradually close the outlet valve while monitoring the pressure gauge to adjust it to a pressure range of 0.35-0.45 MPa. After several runs, no further adjustment of inlet or outlet valves will be required; simply turn on the high-pressure pump.
Once the high-pressure pump starts running smoothly for five minutes and white foam appears in the gas floatation tank, open both pumps: one for wastewater and another for adding coagulant (aluminum sulfate). Adjusting dosing according to experience will achieve clear transparent water effluent from this process.
When sediment layers reach a certain thickness in storage tanks, start up electric motors connected with scrapper blades inside settling tanks.
Adjust floating compartments' water levels so that floated materials can be easily scraped by scrapper blades into collection pits where they are removed from system.
